This is another customer from the internet.  This Bronco was just the body shell when it was brought to the shop.  The inner front structure had been removed and new sheet metal had been purchased.  The shell was put on the rotisserie and sand blasted then epoxy primed.  The left quarter panel needed to be replaced as well as the front floor pans.  More new panels were ordered, and then installed.  The owner was preparing the chassis so that the body could be bolted back to it and the doors and front sheet metal could be fit for proper alignment before welding it all back together.

The Bronco is on its frame now and the doors are being fit. Next will be the installation of the front aprons. These were removed before I became involved with this project. The Shell must be bolted to the frame and everything must fit before it can be welded back together. It is also receiving a new quarter panel on the left side as well as a new tailgate.
